Aims

The aim of the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations is to provide students with a wide range of knowledge and a broad perspective on issues relating to social policy,industrial relations, human resources and labour and social security law.
The department also has the aim of advancing and contributing to scientific knowledge in the above mentioned fields at the national and international level.

The Department has the objective of equipping students with qualifications in the fields of management and human resources, which make them attractive to employers in terms of knowledge, creativity, and ability to work in teams.
