The aim of the Human Resources Management (HRM) programme is to educate graduates equipped with academic and theoretical knowledge on social sciences and scientific, historical, sociological, legal and psychological HRM issues and have graduates who are able to interpret these concepts from HRM perspectives, implement basic HRM functions, analyze social relations and their effects on society and individuals, who will be able to conduct national and international researchs and who have ability and qualifications to plan human resources policies at organizational level required for internatinal and national development.


Human Resources Management programme aims to improve personal, functional, managerial and social responsibility qualifications of the students.
Improving verbal and written communication skills, being good at one foreign language, indepth knowledge about communication, information technology and research methods will be provided within personal development.
Considering functional competencies it is aimed to educate graduates on human resources planning, labour relations management, occupational health and security implementation, training planning, performance and rewards management, career planning, employment and interview techniques and legal HR issues, implementing information technology and quality process approach into HRM process to implements these functions at private or public institutions.
Management skills will be improved and then students will have skills on management of themselves and other people.
By providing conscious on social, academic and professional ethical values, it will expected from the graduates to implement these values at organizations they will work.
