Course Objective

 To explain the advantages and disadvantages of radio over other mass media, to show how radio can be used to reach the target audience, to teach radio program types and features.

 

Course Content

Providing information about the development of radio broadcasting in the world and Turkey, teaching the characteristics of radio broadcasts and their viewers, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of radio compared to other mass media, providing information about the types of programs in radio, providing information about radio program proposal form and radio text writing, providing information about interviews and types and transferring information in order to provide the necessary theoretical infrastructure to work in a radio station constitute the content of the course.
