| Course Objective | The trainings that take corporate training and business management training in family businesses are designed to provide specific training for family business training and the management of family information. This tutorial will have two outputs. The first view is geared towards family businesses, academic applications. This situation, on the other hand, will make a greater contribution to the analysis of the problems of professional families equipped with the specific in family businesses that face many problems in practice and to improve their performance. |
| Course Content | The content of this course consists of the following topics: Fundamentals of the family business concept, characteristics that separate family business from other businesses, strengths and weaknesses of family businesses, family businesses in the world and turkey, problems encountered in family businesses, transfer of management to the next generation in family businesses, continuity and institutionalization in family businesses, family business constitutions, governance mechanisms in family businesses and case studies. |
