| Course Objective | This course aims to provide those who complete the entrepreneurship graduate program with the legal knowledge they will need in the process of operating as an entrepreneur. In this context, especially the basic concepts of commercial law, commercial enterprise, merchant, the terms and consequences of being a merchant, the concept of commercial business and the consequences of being a commercial business will be emphasized. In addition, it is aimed to provide information about bills of exchange (especially bills and cheques) to be used as a means of payment in the entrepreneurship process, which has a special and important place in the negotiable instruments law. |
