Dersin Amacı

The follow-up of the communication process in the light of technological developments is a subject that should be examined especially in terms of public relations. In this context, the aim of this course is to examine the transformation process of public relations practices in the digital environment.

 

Dersin İçeriği

In this course, technological developments in social media and public relations will be examined. By examining the public relations studies applied in the internet and social media, it will be tried to understand the consumer and customer relations in the dimension of public relations in the virtual environment.
