Course Objective

In accordance with the principle of freedom of contract valid in Turkish Law of Obligations, individuals are not obliged to choose one of the contracts regulated in the law and can conclude any type of contracts they wish. Such contracts, which are not regulated by law, are called "anonymous contracts". This course aims to give general information about anonymous contracts and to examine anonymous contracts that are frequently seen in practice.
