Dersin Amacı | It is aimed to consitute theoretical aspects of selection and placement process as an HRM function and help the students to understand its importance and its relation with the other HR funcitons. And also the integration of this theoretical framework and the practices and implementing the stages of the process represent the other aims. |
Dersin İçeriği | The conceptual framework in the theoretical context and the practical aspects of the selection and placement will be discussed. In this context the components of the HR selection and placement process like preparing the staff demand form, constituting job advertisement, and the stages of this process like pre-assessment through the papers, pre-interview, the implementation of psycho-technical tests, job interview, reference checks, placement procedure socialization and orientation are the main topics. |
