Course Objective

The course aims to teach the project development process, including all elements of projects and experiencing project writing.

Course Content

Project management concepts, project cycles and stages, methods of analysis and target defining, defining of project actvities and budget forming, risk analysis, sustainability and logical framework approach. Evaluating the project application forms and project files, implementation of project presentations.
