Course Objective Since the existence of mankind has preserved the importance of information, knowledge and experience passed down from generation to generation. But today, information is now fully settled position indicator of development, countries have become valued by information and communication technologies and further developments. Information and communication technologies in all phases of development and the importance of our lives, work patterns on training until the affected visual habits. These changes and the interaction of state institutions, and be influenced by all of us, as long as the world countries have been initiated to adapt. And in the world to see the functioning of this process in our country and to facilitate the adaptation process and discussed the following topics are discussed.
