Dersin Amacı

The aim of this course is to investigate and examine how organizations adapt to change in the environment they live in. The pressure that these adaptation efforts on the organizational items such as goals, structure, technology, culture will be the focus of the course.

Dersin İçeriği

In this lesson, the definition, the theoretical foundations, the process and the management of the organization will be discussed.
