Course Objective | It is aimed to provide and develop applications for physical fitness according to physiological parameters, To gain physical competence in patient and injured transport, To use body mechanics correctly and to increase muscle strength and coordination with conditioning exercises, To improve the level of students' theoretical and practical properties. |
Course Content | Basic concepts of training, The effect of training on the organism, The effect of training on muscles, The relationship between loading and resting in training, Criteria of loading, Types of training, Aerobic training and flexibility exercises, Conditioning, Theory and application of coordination abilities, Physiological basis of training and basic rules, Muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, agility and speed, energy systems, exercise and aerobic system to develop these features |
