Course Objective It is intended that the students obtain general and specific information concerning the stimulation of the heart and mechanical properties, ECG, heart sounds, blood pressure measurement, the red blood cell and white blood cell count, hematocrit, hemoglobin, sedimentation, peripheral blood smear, blood groups, lung inspection and function tests, EEG and interpretation, otoscopic examination, ophthalmoscopic examination, neurological examinations.
Course Content In this course, stimulation of the heart and mechanical properties, EKG, ECG, heart sounds, blood pressure measurement, the red blood cell and white blood cell count, hematocrit, hemoglobin, sedimentation, peripheral blood smear, blood groups, lung inspection and function tests, EEG and interpretation, otoscopic examination, ophthalmoscopic examination, neurological examinations will be discussed.
