This course aims to bring knowledge about legal protection methods against mobbing in administrative law.

Course Content

The concept of mobbing, the differences between similar infringments, mobbing within the concept of comparative law, administrative and judicial remedies against mobbing in Turkish administrative law and administrative justice

5 The student will be taught for mobbing in comparative law perspective.
6 The student will learn legal tools in different countries for protection against mobbing.
7 The student will be conveyed the rules regarding mobbing in Turkish law.
8 The student will be conveyed the legal tools for protection of civil servants against mobbing.
9 The student will learn about administrative liability due to mobbing.
10 The student will learn remedies for protection against mobbing out of legal tools.
11 The student will be shown efficiency of remedies for protection against mobbing out of legal tools and measures will apply in case of mobbing.
12 The student will learn legal tools against mobbing.
13 The student will be taught for Council of State and Court of Cassation's approach to mobbing.
14 The student will examine mobbing as a reason for individual application to Supreme Court.
