Dersin Amacı

To comprehend an important period of Turkish Literature and to make students aware of the political and literary developments between 1908 and 1923. To comprehend some of the ideas that emerged during this period and which affected the Republican period.

Thought movements in the period of national literature, examining the literary orientations produced by these movements through the works, the effects of the National Literature period on 20th century Turkish literature, Republic Period Turkish Literature to the development the fifties year. analysis of important works in prose, poetry and theater, to introduce the important literati of these periods with their prominent features.
