Course Objective

To make psychological counselors aware of the crisis and to gain the competence to intervene in the crisis.

Course Content

Crisis intervention and crisis definition, the factors that make up the crisis, crisis response models and techniques, reactions of crisis victims, crises in childhood and adolescence, crisis prevention studies, suicide assessment, appropriate intervention methods for individuals and groups.
