Course Objective Identify the factors that lead to social change (positive and negative sense) and associate them with computer and instructional technology education programs.
Course Content Relationship of science and technology in the past and present, effects of science and technology on social change, the common science heritage of humanity, famous Turkish and foreign scientists, impact of scientific developments in contemporary life such as tissue and organ transplantation, nano-technology, gene technology, Turkish Patent Institute, copyright and patent rights, aerospace and aviation studies.
