Course Objective | The legal basis of the custom process is composed by customs law of 4458 which came into force with the Custom Union Agreement and other relevant laws which enacted after that agreement. In this context, custom process which is one of the main pillars of international trade will be explained in the framework of customs regimes, free zones, customs offenses and penalties under the Turkish Customs Regulations. In addition, the customs processes related to international trade; preferential trade agreements, determining origin, supply chain security and single-window applications will be discussed. |
