The purpose of this course is to provide students with the basic principles and fundamental aspects of healtcare services marketing.

In this course, characterictics of healthcare services, market environment for healtcare services, consumer behavior in healthcare industry, marketing mix for healthcare services, services blue-print and new services design, pricing and yield management in healthcare services, and supply and demand analysis in helathcare industry constitute the content of this course.
