Course Objective

Public relations which is one of the favourite professions in our time is referred to as ´´difference between being ordinary and important´´. In this context, the best public relations agencies are having a positive image. Improving the quality of health care services and ensure customer satisfaction is directly proportional to the effectiveness of public relations activities. In other words, an effective and successful public relations plays a key role in improving the quality of health care.
