Course Objective | It is aimed to constitute a general framework about how the human resource management (HRM) practices are implemented and also to evaluate the current situation of Turkish HRM understanding and to evaluate Turkish HRM understanding’s current situation comparatively with the HR practices of different countries. |
Course Content | In this course HRM, Comparative Management and HRM: Divergence and Convergence Theories, HRM Approaches and Models, HRM Practices, HRM in Turkey, The Researches about HRM Practices in Turkey and HRM practices in different countries will be discussed. |
