Course Objective | To make parents, teachers´ and prospective teachers’ aware of children rights, work to resolve deficiencies in this issue, make efforts to protect the rights of children and know the necessity of this for the happiness of the present and future of our society |
Course Content | covers the issues of the children´s law and the importance of children´s rights, the historical development of children´s rights, rights granted by the convention on the rights of the children, what the concepts of child and law are and what the general provisions of paternity are child-related information on the custody of children and the fundamental rights of children. |
