Course Objective It is aimed that to push to top level of industry-school working and to reach results following scientific methods.
Course Content Determining subject headings of the research to be done for project working. Composing written and visual source research with application drafts related to project subject selected. Determining and developing of subject content. Clarifying of project subject fully. Project study and applications are controlled. It is determined problems to be met during study. Preliminary works for experiments are done. Evaluations are done on applications made. If any, problems are solved and continued to tests again, so completed first stage needed for project course. Project file must come final form and reference experiments must be completed. This period composes basic content of the course.

Week Course Topics Preliminary Preparation
1 Determining subject headings of the research to be done for project working. Generally, headings of the subject consisted following: Clay, glaze, angop, undercoat, oxide, pigment, glazing methods, clay preparing methods, cooking, raw materials.
2 Every student determines five subject headings at least in accordance with research wanted.
3 Composing written and visual source research with application drafts related to project subject selected. Determining and developing of subject content.
4 Clarifying of project subject fully.
5 1st Quiz (written)
6 The project draft plan is formed. In accordance with this plan, it is determined stages to be done related to file and application periods.
7 It is determined a period for application works and project file to be taken place in project draft. Evaluating of mechanical tools and opportunities to be needed.
8 It is controlled improving of all studies. Necessary theoretical information is evaluated and developed as mutual. Research trips are arranged to industrial companies and mid-grade workshops.
9 It is controlled project study and applications. It is determined problems to be met during study and done preliminary works for experiments.
10 2nd quiz (written)
11 It is determined lacks of students’ studies, for completing these lacks homework and research are given. It is completed mathematical transactions needed for experiments and passed to application stage.
12 Continued application stage of reference experiments.
13 Evaluations are done on applications made. If any, problems are solved and continued to tests again, so completed first stage needed for project course.
