After giving basic information on local governments in the first stage, it is the main aim of this course to discuss the functions and functions of local governments in the field of social policy.

Course Content

The concept of local government, historical development, theoretical foundations, social municipalities, municipalities, metropolitan municipalities and social policy applications of special provincial administrations.
