Course Objective In this course students; Mycobacteria and Atypical Mycobacteria, direct microscopic examination and staining methods, clinical sample collection, homogenization and decontamination, classic and / or an automated method of cultivation-production, if necessary identification and susceptibility testing, tuberculosis-Nontuberculosis separation learning is intended.
