Course Objective

The lecture aims at the base of the artistic progressing in Turkish art of Miniature.

Course Content

Theoretical works which are necessary to learn the different manners used on Surnames (poetry work written on the occasion of a wedding or circumcision feast ). Hünernames, Şenliknames with their periodical manners and the master engravers in the Art of Turkish Miniatures such as Nigari, Matrakçı Nasuh, Levni, Buhari will be done.
