Course Objective | Defining literary translation within the scope of translation theories, its relation to other fields and solutions of problems occurring during literary translation. |
Course Content | Tales, poems and stories are translated from Turkish into German and vice versa. The contemporary writes and poets of German and Turkish literature are translated into Turkish and German taking into account the methods of literary translation. Translated works are criticized in the light of skopos and intention. |
