Course Objective The purpose of the course is to give information about health terminology and concepts in theoretical and practical framework, enhance their vision and inquiry, make use of their knowledge and attitude throughout education and career life.
Course Content In this course, Introduction to Medical Terminology, Basic Definitions and Terms Related to Human, reading the rules of medical terms, the items that make up the medical terms; prefix, suffix, root structures, integration the letters, Medical Abbreviations, blood and blood-forming organs, lymph Terms Related to the immune system, cardiovascular system on the Terminology, Respiratory System Related Terms, Terms Related to the digestive system, eyes on the terms, on the terms of urinary system, reproductive system related terms, eponyms of Terms Related to sound, Synonyms, Nervous System and Psychiatric Diseases, Internal secretion Motion System and Metabolism Disorders and related terms are discussed.
