Course Objective Evaluation in detail of the strategic planning understanding in the organisational structures of the construction industry and investigation holistically the relationships in strategic planning between the construction projects and the firms. Strategic management, from the top management view point, is the study of constraints to be faced by the business enterprise. Considering the existing strategies it is going to be studied holistically the issues such as competition, economical, political, environmental and social conditions likely to occur and faced by the managers apart from the functional management areas (production, finance, human resources).
The aim and objective of this course is to study in detail the problems and solutions strategically both in general business enterprises and especially in the construction sector.
