Course Content | Introduction and importance of nanotechnology; Metal and metal oxide nanoparticles; Ceramic nanoparticles and semiconductor nanoparticles; Synthesis and stabilization of nanoparticles; Nucleation and growth of nanoparticles; Synthesis of nanoparticles with polyol and photochemical methods; Synthesis of nanoparticles with sol-gel and microemulsion methods; Synthesis of nanoparticles with electrochemical and physical methods; Morphological and structural characterization of nanoparticles; Characterization of physical properties of nanoparticles; Surface properties of nanoparticles; Electrical and optical properties of nanoparticles; Nanoparticle technologies and applications. |
