Course Objective Synthetic Organic compounds are very important for the drug synthesis recently. Synthesize of some natural products which are essential for human healthy are getting inevitable especially when the world population increases are considered. Most of the groups which study on synthetic organic chemistry tend to this field to synthesize compounds to be likely drug.
In this lecture, general strategies on multistep synthesis of these compounds will be handled.
Course Content Introduction to reactions. Coupling reactions, palladyum chemistry, Karashi Reactions Stille Reactions Heck Reactions Sonogashira Reactions Suzuki Reactions, Dipolar addition, Indole and Reactions, Carbazole and Reactions, Synhesis of Peniciline, Isoquinoline reactions, Suberan derivatives and Reactions, Synthesis of Hirsutene, Synthesis will be discussed.
