Course Objective | The purpose of the course is to aid understanding structures and functions of proteins which are involved with living organism and inform about how important proteins in medicine, biotechnology and biochemistry. |
Course Content | Introduction, strategy and aim of protein purifications, general methods, special methods in protein determinations, chromatographic methods, electrophoretic methods, chemical changes of proteins, determinations of C-terminus of proteins, amino acid analysis. |
