Course Objective It is aimed to make students contribute to process improvement activities by equipping them with analytical and critical thinking skills.
Course Content Description of a process, relationship between processs improvement and other quality improvement initiatives, methodology for process analysis and improvement, reengineering, continuous improvement and six sigma will be presented in this class.
