Course Objective

The main aim of this course is; To gain basic concepts about game development and education in early childhood and to carry out movement based game activities.

Course Content

In early childhood; Definition of game and its theoretical approaches, the importance and functions of children's games, the views of educators about games, game and creativity, game development theories, game development stages and game features, game types according to ages, children's effects on development areas (cognitive, The historical development and game theories of game, education in the game environment of incompatible behaviors, applications in game and movement based games in Turkish culture, play in different cultures.
