According to developing world the transformation and management of Ottoman central organization after Tanzimat edict.
Dersin İçeriği
The transformation process of Ottoman central organization from classical concept to modern type. Changes in eighteenth century. Centralization in nineteenth century. Instead of Imperial Council, Divan-ı Humayun, the foundation of council of ministries in the name of Heyet-i Vükela. Sharing the authority of government among the ministries. With Tanzimat Edict, the Ottoman Sultan firstly accepted the power of law and in the result of process the transformation of Ottoman Central Organization, the declaration of Ottoman Constitution, Kanun-i Esasi, and Ottoman Central Organization.
