Dersin Amacı

The lesson supplies the student needed knowlegde about the features of the sources which are used in the scientific investigations in Turkish music area,their context,era,language,investigation area,methods of using and having profit from them.

The oldest traces and documents of music.The transition of the oldest musical knowledges from old Egytp Mesophotamia civilization to Greeks.The sources of Greeks and Latins.The transition of the old musical knowledge of Greek music to the Islam World of middle ages.The Arabic,Persian and Turkish musical manuscripts ,book,magazine,and note publications.
