Introduction to microprocessors and microcomputer architecture. Example microprocessor. Arithmetic logic unit structure. Assembly language programming. Timers and interrupts. Parallel and serial input output programming. Application examples. History of microprocessors and microcomputers. Elements of microprocessor systems, hardware and software analysis. Addressing techniques. 8 Bit microprocessors. Adressing Modes used in microprocessors. I / O Devices and Peripheral Interface Adapter. 8085 microprocessor Architecture and Instruction set. Assembly Lenguage programming. Memory and Memory Interfacing.
