This course; With this course as a general concept of the student´s communication, communication process, types of communication, communication models, communication barriers and ways to overcome the organizational communication, organizational communication, improving information systems and communications, to ensure understanding of the importance of issues such as mass communication and public relations, individual, group , emphasize the importance of communication in business and social life, personal image and reputation, to explain the importance of communication, the student´s oral, written and body language is intended to improve communication skills.
