Dersin Amacı
Examination of the reasons of performance differentiations of companies and the sustainability of these differentiations have gained significance with the increase in competition. In addition when the nature of competition concept is taken into account, it is considered that there is a direct proportion between the sustainable advantage and ability to differentiate of the companies. In this respect, the aim of the course is to teach the subjects about strategic management which seek for answers to these questions and then to make the students comprehend the subjects by the help of analysis of case studies.
Dersin İçeriği
After assesing the basic problematique of strategic management, the prominent ecoles which try to explain this problematique are discussed. Then the process of strategic management is examined in a detailed manner and case studies are analyzed.

1 Understanding and being capable of using the operational information of export, import, foreign exchange and logistics together with the theorotical background of international trade and comprehending the business culture and marketing interaction in the globalized capital, labour, and goods trade.
