Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to facilitate the learning of controversial and current topics in individual labor law, primarily focusing on the establishment and termination of employment contracts, organization of work, and obligations arising from these contracts. To achieve this aim, key sources will include ILO (International Labour Organization) conventions and recommendations, as well as recent decisions from the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitutional Court, and the Court of Cassation, which will be central to current discussions in the field.
