Course Objective

The aim of this course is to explain the students Product Management processes and tools used by companies active in global markets to achieve their strategic goals, and to enable them to learn them with examples from business life. In addition, it is aimed to provide information about the role, position, organization and functional structure of Product Management in the formation and to inform about the competencies that a student who wants to work in this field should acquire.

Course Content

In this course, the place of Product Management among marketing functions in global companies, its processes, relations with other units and outputs are examined. In this context, the scope of a Product Manager's work is explained by examining the processes and examples from different sectors in the course.
