Dersin Amacı

To understand the infrastructure of computer networks and OSI model. To learn core protocols within the TCP/IP protocol architecture, analyzing packets and sample applications with socket programming.

Dersin İçeriği

Classification of computer networks, routing algorithms, TCP/IP protocol stack, packet analyze with Wireshark, application by using libpcap (library for network traffic capture), socket programming.

1 To have sufficient foundations on engineering subjects such as science and discrete mathematics, probability/statistics; an ability to use theoretical and applied knowledge of these subjects together for engineering solutions.
