Course Objective | The aim of this course is to interpret nearly two-hundred-year history of childhood, children´s daily life, the traditions of children, child-rearing methods, the educational practices, with examples interpret the culture of gaming and entertainment. |
Course Content | This course involves childhood in the past and present in Turkey, value of changing family and child in Turkey, archaeological works, engravings, photographs, theatrical performances, the festival, children´s publications, clothing, toys, games, includes research on the history of the childhood. |
