Course Objective

To be able to obtain information about current the legal bases of the education and training system and the laws related to persons with disabilities in Turkey

Course Content

International and national legal regulations and the individuals with special needs, the importance of the laws in special education, the Constitution, the Decree Law on Special Education, the regulations and the general rules, the factors affecting the development and implementation of the laws, the legal roles of teachers, parents, school system and so on., social and educational rights, problems in the implementation of laws, monitoring of legal regulations.
