Course Objective

It is aimed to distinguish the effects of physical education and sports on the human organism, to teach the basic subjects of physical fitness to students and to ensure that their applications are made, and to distinguish between conditional and motoric features.

Course Content

Understanding the importance of physical fitness and related concepts, Physical fitness; To understand the relationship between nutrition, the relationship with health, the relationship between the circulatory system, the relationship between the respiratory system and the muscle development, To apply basic training methods to improve and protect physical fitness.
