Course Objective | To study and teach the physiology of the human organism with its parts. What is vitality? Definition and branches of physiology, terms related to physiology, introduction to human physiology and definition, definition of cell, cell parts and cell membrane structure, an overview of cell organelles, body fluid compartments, excitable cells and bioelectric potentials, action potential in nerve cell, structure and functions of skeletal muscle To teach the basic concepts and important physiological mechanisms related to the mechanism of contraction, blood physiology, blood cells and immune system, sensory physiology, circulation and respiration, digestive system, urogenital system and endocrine system. |
