Course Objective Purpose of the course is to introduce the students basic subjects, theories and foundations about science of law. These knowledges will be useful fort them in their remaining education, in the business and everyday life.
Course Content It consist of major topics such as features of law rules and its difference from other social rules; system of modern law, compilation movement in law and compiling of Turkish law, sanction and its varieties; public law, private law, mixed law and its problems; practising the law from different perspectives; right; having right and concepts of capabilities; responsibilities and conducting the responsibilities.
