Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic concepts of Civil Law, the initial provisions of the Turkish Civil Code and the Law of Persons.

Course Content

General information about Civil Law, preliminary provisions of Turkish Civil Law, basic concepts of Civil Law and Law of Persons (real and legal persons) are the main subjects of the course.

10 Knows the concept of burden of proof and applies it to a concrete case.

13 Explain the legal characteristics of association and foundation legal persons.
