Course Objective

To understand the problems of family and marriage relations in the light of theoretical knowledge and to teach the counseling process to be presented to individuals before marriage.

Course Content

Premarital period and romantic relations, spousal selection and factors affecting spousal selection, spouse selection theories; individual counseling before marriage, psychological counseling with couple candidates, pre-marital psycho-education program examples.
