Course Objective

At the completion of this course, students will be given the information about terminology, descriptions and models of performance measurement and outcomes assessment in health services and gained skills necassary in order to link this information to management systems.

This course consist of performance management process, program evaluation and performance measurement in health services, performance management systems and performance measurement methods.
